All prices are per visit. There will be a first time visit fee of $20 per 20 minutes with a 20 minute minimum. One time only visits are $35 per 20 minutes, with a 20 minute minimum if no contract is established. First time fee will be waived with a one year contract, provided initial, complete clean up takes less then 20 minutes. All prices are for double lot residences or smaller and for one pet families.  Additional fees apply for larger properties and or multiple pets. 
If you have more than one pet then just add $2/pet to any of the above prices.
